Helpers where the work is.
In our own platforms the helper sits inside the job page, the quote and the calendar. Staff do not switch screens to ask it something.
Applied AI
We do not sell a chat window. We put helpers inside the tools your staff already use, give them search across your own documents, and run it on hardware you control.
In our own platforms the helper sits inside the job page, the quote and the calendar. Staff do not switch screens to ask it something.
Keyword search plus embedding search, in one engine, running on your own server. Your documents are not sent to an outside search service.
On real customer and staff questions, a smaller model gave the same answers at about one sixteenth of the cost of a larger one. We run that test on your questions before we commit you to a bill.
For very small businesses we build a machine that runs the model in the building. Nothing leaves.
We show you what each helper costs before you turn it on, and we pick the smallest model that does the job.
Not every job needs AI. If a plain rule or a short checklist does the job, we build that instead and say so.
Where it runs
Our own tests, search engine and builds run on the studio server: an AMD EPYC 9374F with 32 cores, 503 GB of memory and about 9 TB of NVMe storage. A shop does not need that. A shop needs a mini PC under the counter that does one job well, and we build that too.
Step 1
We collect the questions your staff and customers really ask.
Step 2
We run them through more than one model and compare the answers and the cost.
Step 3
The winner goes inside your tools, on your server or your machine, with a clear cost before it is switched on.
That list is where every AI project of ours starts.
